THE RESULTS
Our survey was sent to 150 people with 102 responses. We had a 68% response rate. The data that was reviewed was taken from the second part of the survey.

Results: About

Figure 1: Respondents were asked if they thought that the plant the received was aesthetically pleasing. 74.44% of respondents answered yes, 16.67% answered indifferent, and 8.89% answered no. The mean was 1.34 with a standard deviation of 0.64 and a variance of 0.40.

Figure 2: Respondents were asked based on their plant's appearance, whether they are concerned or not that it is an invasive plant. 45.56% were concerned, 35.56% were neutral, and 18.89% were unconcerned about the matter.

Figure 3: This cross tabulation compares peoples feelings towards the plant and their opinion on whether or not it should be removed. The p-value was <0.1, so the data was statistically significant.

Figure 4: This cross tabulation compares people that have or know of others that has one of these species on their property to people supporting the removal of a non-aesthetically pleasing plant over an aesthetically pleasing one. The p-value was <0.1, so the data was statistically significant.
